How your order is documented
Certificate of analysis
Purity by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry, from the laboratory named on it. The testing is commissioned by the manufacturer that made the batch, so the report carries their name; we publish it on the batch’s page rather than enclosing it in the parcel.
The number on the box
Your batch number is printed on the box — RE10-0527, say, where the last four digits are the month and then the day it was made: 27 May. Enter it on the batch page and it decodes the number, then shows the results and the certificate for that exact batch.
Before a result is published
Testing takes about a fortnight from manufacture, so a batch can reach you before its result exists. Where that has happened the page says so and shows nothing else — never an earlier batch’s figure or an average.
If a batch is withdrawn
Its page says so plainly, with the reason, so anyone holding a box can find out by entering the number. Everyone we can identify as having received it is contacted directly, and the records refuse to supply that batch against another order.
